EMEL+ARIS provides a safe and secure delivery and returns process.
All orders will be delivered via courier
All orders are shipped using a signed-for courier service with DPD or Fedex. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If ordering before 5pm, the item will be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday. Any orders placed at the weekend or bank holiday will be despatched the next working day.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery. The courier company may also notify you with a tracking number. Please note the courier may inform you they have a parcel from Private White who handle our logistics and dispatch.
Delivery times are estimated and can vary dependent on external factors such as weather and other courier issues.
UK and Europe Deliveries

£15 Europe 1-4 days
Rural and UK non-mainland locations may experience slight delays in delivery.
£15 Norway and Switzerland 2-3 days
£30 USA and Canada 3-7 days
£40 Rest of the World 3-7 days
Orders to Russia will have an estimated delivery time of 8-14 working days.
If you are ordering products to be delivered outside of the European Union, they may be subject to taxes or other charges due to local customs rules. The person receiving the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. We recommend that you check the import charges and that the products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect your goods. If your order gets stuck in customs, the recipient needs to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. EMEL+ARIS cannot do this on your behalf.
The 20% VAT is automatically deducted from all order shipped outside the EU.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and individually check each item before it is sent out. However if you wish to make a return, please follow this procedure.
You can cancel/return an order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached. The battery must be securely packaged in the original packaging.
Returns can be collected from your home, work or alternative address.
To make a return, email email@example.com with the reason for your return. We will email you a returns form to complete and include in your parcel. We will then send you an email with the details of the courier company to organise your return.
Our products are sent in sturdy shipping boxes with an extra sticking strip for easy and safe returning.
We recommend that items are returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.

Returns within the UK are free of charge.
Returns in all non-UK countries are subject to the same fee as the delivery charges, as detailed above. The return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to arrange your own return please use a reputable signed-for service.
If you would like an exchange, the new item will be dispatched free of charge.
We can exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
